Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your password and MFA recovery methods, and activity performed through your account.
Authorized resources only
You may connect and scan only repositories, Firebase projects, domains, and applications that you own or are expressly authorized to assess. Client access must be granted by the client or by a person authorized to act for them. You may not use securePilot to probe unrelated systems or bypass provider permissions.
Plans, trial, and billing
The 30-day trial includes monitoring for up to 3 connections and does not require a plan selection or payment method. Each GitHub repository, cloud project, or public website counts as one connection. Trial access ends after 30 days unless you explicitly choose Starter, Team, or Studio and subscribe. Stripe is used only after you choose to start a paid subscription. Promotions are issued and redeemed directly through securePilot, may have separate eligibility, duration, or expiration terms, and do not have cash value.
Teams, clients, and ownership
Workspace owners control member roles and app access. Members and client viewers receive access only to assigned apps. Workspace ownership cannot be transferred because connected services may be authorized through the original Owner’s external accounts. Material permission changes are recorded in the audit log.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload malware, exploit the service, evade limits, interfere with other customers, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not use findings to attack a system or person.
- Do not submit secrets or personal data that are unnecessary for a support request.
- Comply with GitHub, Firebase, Stripe, and other connected providers’ terms.
Your data and our service
You retain ownership of your repositories, configurations, and other customer data. You grant NoCodeMinute LLC the limited right to process that data only to operate, secure, support, and improve securePilot as described in the Privacy notice. securePilot, its branding, software, and original content remain the property of NoCodeMinute LLC and its licensors.
Security results are not a guarantee
securePilot provides risk signals and recommendations, not a guarantee that an application is secure, compliant, or free from vulnerabilities. Daily and passive checks are not a substitute for secure development practices, professional penetration testing, incident response, or legal advice.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We may change the service, perform maintenance, or suspend access needed to protect customers, providers, or securePilot. You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal. We may terminate accounts for material breach, unlawful use, nonpayment, or security risk.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, NoCodeMinute LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
